CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy at Simplicity Tanning Co is designed to ensure fairness to both our clients and our technician. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your spray tanning appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-show appointments, a cancellation fee may be applied. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need to make changes to your appointment.
